What is Holistic Empathy Development (HED)?

We are all interconnected and need empathy to survive, and thrive. Holistic Empathy Development (HED) is an experiential training method that uses the 7 Steps to Empathy framework for developing empathy in all areas of life. HED incorporates best practices from neuroscience, trauma-informed yoga psychology, intercultural communication, emotional and social intelligence, creativity, music, dance/movement, art, theater, leadership development, and trauma and intergenerational trauma healing.
